Confused about diets????
Protein, white only food days, Atkinson, slimming world, weightwatchers, aloe…..we’ve all heard of at least one of these diets, and possibly more.
But actually our bodies need a varied and balanced diet for it to work at its best. I know you’ve probably heard this all before, but seriously….. You wouldn’t put petrol in a car if it didn’t have any oil in the engine or no tyres on it…..Would you? So that’s the same as what we eat, our body uses different food for different things.
We need something simple that we can all do, every day, better than a ‘quick fix diet’ ….and here it is in one simple picture.
