The Info Shop offers a free confidential sexual health service for young people up to the age of 26.

We are a safe space for you to come and speak to a Youth Worker / Nurse about your sexual health.

Want to sign up for free contraception? Just pop in! it’s free to register and once you’re signed up you are all set to get free contraception up until your 26th birthday!

We are based on Lambpit Street in the city centre so it’s never been easier to look after your sexual health.

We are a drop in service! no appointment needed if you want to see the nurse, just drop in on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 3:00pm. Clinic’s can often be busy so if you are in Wrexham you can call to see what the wait time is like on 01978 295600.

Implant removal / Insertion: if you want to discuss or arrange for an implant removal / insertion we will need to book you in with an implant nurse. Just give us a call on 01978 295600 or email infoshop@wrexham.gov.uk to arrange.

Contraception you can access out of clinic times

The Info Shop is open Monday to Friday from 11:30am and Youth Workers can provide you with condoms, offer pregnancy testing and advice for unplanned pregnancy, we test for STI’s (chlamydia & Gonorrhoea) if you have no symptoms and can offer treatment here too. If you do have symptoms please contact the sexual Health Clinic at the Maelor. You can also pick up an STI home test kit from us!

Sexual Health & Relationship Advice

Youth Workers at INFO are available to discuss any questions you might have that are sexual health or relationship related, we provide a safe space where you won’t be judged and you are free to ask us ANYTHING! Ring, email or just walk in 🙂
