Due to the current waiting list and limited capacity, we have made the difficult decision to close the INFO Shop counselling waiting list for young people aged 19-25 and are no longer able to accept any new referrals.

We truly understand how disappointing this may be, but the counsellors need to focus on the young people already waiting and it’s not ethical to continue taking new referrals.

We hope you’ll understand, and we encourage anyone seeking support to explore other services that may be able to help.
