Young people from St Christopher’s have been working hard on their Agored Cymru qualification, looking at the effects of using alcohol, together with its risks and consequences. As part of the qualification, in2change young people’s drug and alcohol project visited the class, looking to further their knowledge and give them the confidence to make their own informed decisions when it comes to using alcohol.
Doc Hughes from in2change said. It was fantastic to spend a couple of hours with the group who had already done some great work.
The class teacher told Young Wrexham that we had a brilliant afternoon with everyone getting involved and trying out the beer goggles. We had some very funny reactions and can’t wait for the next session as the pupils learnt a lot from it.
